Once Caleffi has received the returned product and verified its conditions, you will receive the refund within the terms of the law of 14 days (Dlgs21/2014). The refund is made using the same payment method that you chose to purchase. Depending on the payment method, the timing of the amount can be different:-
Credit/Debit Card: Your bank can take up to 30 days to repay the amount. You can request the extract of your card’s movements to view the credit. You will need to contact your bank to know the exact date on which the credit will be available

Paypal: the credit will be available in your Paypal account within 48 hours after the input of the refund

Bank transfer: the credit will be booked within 3 working days depending on the banking circuit

The return costs are those incurred to return one or more items to Caleffi. If you have thought back to your purchase you can return one or more items of the order, as long as they are perfectly intact, contact us by email within 14 days of purchase. In this case, it will be your responsibility to contact a courier to send the order and the return costs will be at your expense. If you wish to return an item because it is defective or different from the one ordered, Caleffi will pay the return expenses by sending you a courier.
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request the return through the appropriate procedure described above. You also have a period of 14 days from the date you requested the return to send the product back to Caleffi.
