How can I check my order status?

You can monitor the fulfillment of your order and shipping at this link. SDA, our trusted courier, will notify you of delivery 24/48 hours before through a text message and to the e-mail address indicated at the time of purchase.

Timing and costs

On Caleffionline.it you can use two shipping modes, one of this free above 99 euros purchase. Specifically:
- The standard shipment has a cost of 4.95€ (Free after the 99€ expense) with the following timing: 3-4 working days.
Orders placed within 14 are processed on the same day in which they are received; for orders received after 14, the shipment takes place the next day.

Where can I check the progress of the shipment?

All shipments are tracked so you can conveniently check from your mobile phone the progress. In addition, you will receive an email and a text message with precise details of the delivery date.
